Your AI assistant, with your organisation's context.
Connect your AI assistant to your organisation's strategy and SOON's research on your markets. Ask it to consult your Brain and evidence before it advises.
SOON connects your business knowledge, continuous market research and next moves: Know, See, Move.
What changes when you connect
- Ask your assistant to read your Brain first, so it can use your positioning, priorities and guardrails.
- You can pull fresh signals, trends, opportunities and threats for any workspace you can access, mid-conversation.
- Your assistant can propose updates to your Brain from what you discuss, so your strategy stays current as you work.
- Every call is logged, so you can see who is using what.
What you can ask
Ask in your own words. For example:
- What changed in our market this week, and which of our priorities does it affect?
- Summarise the opportunities and threats in this workspace, with the evidence behind each.
- Which signals challenge our current strategy? Show the sources and dates.
- Draft a client brief on this trend using our Brain and SOON's latest research.
- Turn what we just discussed into a proposed update to our Brain.
How sign-in and permissions work
Add SOON in your assistant.
You start from the assistant, not from SOON. Add a connector and paste mcp.soon.com.au.
Sign in with your SOON email.
SOON sends a one-time code to your inbox. Enter it. There is no password or API key to paste into a chat.
Approve access.
Review the access your assistant asks for and approve it. Choose the access you intend to grant.
Stay in control.
Your assistant sees only what your SOON login can see. Revoke access at any time from the workspace or account admin screens in SOON.

Common questions
What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets AI assistants connect to tools and data. SOON runs an MCP server at mcp.soon.com.au, so assistants that support MCP can use your SOON intelligence.
Which AI assistants work with SOON?
Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Cursor and Codex, plus custom agents you build yourself.
Can my assistant see everything in SOON?
No. It sees only what your SOON login can see. You approve access when you connect, and you can revoke it at any time from the workspace or account admin screens in SOON.
Can my assistant change things in SOON?
It can propose updates to your Brain from what you discuss, and where your SOON role allows, make changes you ask for. Brain publication follows proposal, review and apply. Other actions depend on your role and explicit instructions.
Do I need to be technical to set it up?
No. In Claude and ChatGPT you add a connector, paste mcp.soon.com.au and sign in with your SOON email. For Microsoft Copilot, your IT team sets it up once for everyone.
Which AI models does SOON use?
SOON uses general AI models from several providers, chosen for each task. Your assistant keeps using its own model; SOON gives it your organisation's context and research.
