• Attribution: Shared intelligence is anonymized and does not identify the originating user or organization

b) Private Intelligence (Opportunities, Threats, Competitive Intel)

Opportunities, Threats, Competitors, Competitive Intelligence, Projects, and Decks remain private:

• License Grant: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this private AI-generated content for your internal business purposes
• Confidentiality: We will not share your private intelligence with other users or include it in the shared pool
• Your Data: Private intelligence is generated using your confidential business profile and strategic context
• Termination: Upon account termination, we will delete your private intelligence as described in Section 15

c) General Terms for All AI Output

• No Ownership Transfer: The underlying AI models, algorithms, and systems remain Company property
• No Accuracy Guarantee: All AI-generated content is subject to the disclaimers in Section 5
• Restrictions: You may not:
